As a Student Representative for VIA Student Network and Next Generation Network, I served as a critical liaison between nearly 100 student officers and management. My efforts focused on strengthening communication systems, launching professional development initiatives, and empowering student officers with resources to thrive in their roles.

Full Description:
In my capacity as Student Representative, I acted as the bridge between management and student officers, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. I managed an operations database, a centralized resource hub designed to enhance efficiency and accessibility for nearly 100 student officers.

Beyond operational support, I spearheaded the creation of the Student’s NGN newsletter initiative, which provided a platform for sharing updates, opportunities, and insights relevant to our network. Additionally, I co-facilitated workshops tailored to student professional development, covering topics such as leadership, teamwork, and career readiness. These contributions fostered a sense of community, supported skill-building, and advanced organizational goals.

Key Accomplishments:
